Best Value in Los Angeles - High Quality, Low Price. If you are like me, a male who doesn't need to be treated like poodle when you get your haircut, you should consider this place. Nice folks working here who know how to cut hair, know how to cut it fairly quickly, and it is very reasonably priced (about $16). This is the only place that I go. Make a reservation first. One downside - no air conditioning.
