The duck shawarma wrap is one of the best I've ever had - and I eat a lot of Mediterranean food. Try the muhamara walnut and red pepper dip, too. Parking is busy during lunch - get there by 11 or after 3.
Middle Eastern Food for the Foodie. If you like shish kabob, their NY steak shish kabob is miles beyond what you get at a normal middle eastern restaurant - I am talking steak house quality meat, but spiced to perfection. I could eat it every night. The flat breads were delicious, service great - you cannot miss here. If you like this kind of food, but you have high standards for quality, then give Momed a try and you can thank me later. The prices are reasonable to low and the neighborhood is great for walking around.
Citysearch Editorial Review. Foodies craving a taste of deliciously healthy Mediterranean fare can get their fix inside this Beverly Hills cafe that sports a picnic-chic look with an industrialized flair. As the name suggests, modern Mediterranean dishes are the focus here, with a glass display case showing off bowls of lentil salad, Moroccan carrot salad and green beans with tahini dressing. There are also plenty of made-to-order dishes like flatbreads, grilled lamb and beef kofte wrapped in pita bread, and yogurt-marinated chicken breast skewers. Coffee and tea lovers will also enjoy the restaurant's rear coffee and bar, which brews up Turkish java and rare, imported loose-leaf tea on demand.
