awesome place to work out!. Always clean, lots of machines, friendly and helpful staff members, I couldn't have found a better gym!

It is never too crowded, I can always get on the machine I want any time of day, and they have top of the line equipment!

Love this gym!. No problem finding a parking spot as the gym has it's own parking lot. Very clean, accessible 24 hours and best part is, I've never had to wait in a line to use any of the equipment!

Best boutique gym in the South Bay. First class equipment, super clean, great prices and you show up anytime you want! 24 hour access with your own digital entry card. if you don't like to workout with all the gym clowns bugging you then this is the best kept secret in the South Bay! And for you sun lovers they have a tanning room to boot!!! Luv it!!!!
