NOOR IS THE BEST RESTURANT EVER!!!

NOOR is by far the best resturant for any type of event. The food is delicious, the service is EXCELLENT, the staff is wonderful and the overall experience is amazing. The prices are great!! I had my bridal shower there and I wouldn't change is for the world. NOOR is honestly the best and Nora and everyone working there are wonderful

Nora was absolutely amazing & truly instrumental in the success of our party. The way she helped us customize the menu, the suggestions, & the way she executed all the details of the party was absolutely amazing. She had done such an incredible job with the entire event that I truly felt I had a party planner.

This was my first party at a venue such as Noor-Ella ballroom. We are accustomed to having our events at 5 star hotels because we know that both quality & service will not be comprised. I am happy to say that with Nora's involvement Noor was nothing short of a 5 star hotel venue.

Through out the evening all of my 70 guests were complimenting me on the venue. The comments were all echoing about the elegance of the ballroom, the amazing food & the exceptional service. It was everyone's first time at Noor but it will definitely not be their last since some were already planning their next party at Noor,

Your staff was absolutely amazing. The waiters, bartender & the security guard were all so professional that I truly felt, I had nothing to worry about & that my guests were being taken care of & I can enjoy the party.

As for your evening management staff, David & Amir, they were both absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked into the venue to over see the set up 'til we left the facility at 1am David was there attending to all our needs. He made sure everything was to my liking & that everything was going as planned. I really enjoyed working with him, he was extremely gracious, professional & very humble. He is truly an asset to Noor's team. As for Amir, he was on top of things. He knew everything that was going on with each table & making sure that all the guests were taken care of on timely fashion. He was also kind enough to remind of time lines & details that I hadn't foreseen.

Noor restaurant :(

Do not reserve Noor for any events, I do not recommend this place to anyone unless if you wanna go home depressed and stressed. I've been to thousands of restaurants on weddings, engagements, surprise parties, christening and so on, never came across such unprofessional, organized and stupid place like Noor. The place was a hot mess waiters had no clue how to serve, securities were just hanging around/chilling instead of watching everything. Food was not uneatable. Can not find words to explain how awful everything was :( DO NOT WAIST YOU MONEY

So Bummed the Restaurant Closed

So sorry to see the nice restaurant and bar closed. It was a gorgeous place with good food, nice people, a fun bar and the best patio around. Has reopened in an interior space down-scaling to compete on a level with Bodega -- metal tables anchored to the concrete in the walkway next to the gym. Sad to see another closing in the Paseo.

Gorgeous Venue, Great Service, Delicious Food!

I held a family event for about 30 people here and everything was just perfect. The staff was so great to work with. Everyone was so kind and professional. The owners are wonderful and really did their best to accommodate my requests. It is amazing to see what they did with that venue. This is really the premier event space in Pasadena now. The food was excellent as well. All my guests commented on the yummy food and gorgeous space. I definitely recommend Noor for any event - whether large or small. I plan a lot of events in my line of work, and I will most definitely be using them again. They are also open regularly for dinner and happy hour. Check it out. It is a must see!
