Called to ask about getting my washing machine fixed. Not only did they not have "same day service" the scheduling lady was extremely rude. I tried to get some idea of how much it would cost to have someone come out and the couldn't give quotes over the phone - "anywhere from $90 and up" is what she said. I said well what about the 15% off she acted as if she never heard of it. I informed her that GE is cheaper and she said "okay" and hung up the phone on me. Couldn't imagine having an issue with their work and having to try and get any money back.

Good company, professional technicians.. Very professional technicians and costumer service. I recommend this company to everybody. Job was done on the same day. My refrigerator was not cold, tech came and find the problem right away and in 1.5 hr is was fixed.
job done well. I had the company come out for an estimate and the quote teh tech gave me was very reasonable. they had parts on them so my fridge was fixed in less than an hour. Tech was courteous and knowledgable.
Knowledgeable technicians. I called DNE for my broken oven - same day appointment was provided in my convenient time ( it was Sunday - and they provider service with no extra charge on Sunday!!!) Technician came on time, he was very polite and knowledgeable. It took about 20-25 min to find the problem. Estimate was vary affordable. And he fixed my oven on the same day. It took him around 1 hr to fix it. I'm very satisfied with the service and price. Way to go DNE!!! Thanks a lot.

This company treats potential customers rudely.
I was treated rudely by both the technician and a woman who called me after the technician left my house.
I called this morning to ask how much installing a new dishwasher would be. I was told that they don't give prices over the phone, but someone could come out to give me an estimate. I agreed. There was no mention of a service charge. (Why would I pay for someone to look under my sink for 1 minute to tell me how much they would charge?) If I had known about the service charge, I would not have made the appointment.
Anyway, after the technician gave me my estimate, I decided it was too expensive. So then he demanded the $35 service charge. I was dumbfounded since I hadn't heard anything about it. I told him I was not paying it. He called his company while I was there and was completely rude to me -- walked out of my house without a word to me and slammed my door.
As soon as he left, someone from DNE called me and started harassing me about the $35 service charge. She told me there was no way I wasn't told about it. So she basically called me a liar. She also insisted that there was NO SUCH THING as a free estimate in this world. I was confused since I've had many free estimates for lots of things in my house.
I just think a company should not be blaming potential customers for one of their employees failing to communicate properly during the initial call. I mean, if they had treated me better, maybe I would have used them for some other appliance repair in my home. But now, never.
I would stay away from DNE Appliance Repair, just based on how they treat potential customers.
