We went online and found out the car we were looking for Audi Q5 is very rare to get, so called around and start sending emails to few dealership around to get some pricing. Abtin Navab at Santa Monica Audi fleet manager responded with great pricing and even lock the rate for us, since we where going to buy this car. In mean while he continued contacting us with the updates and delivery date and all the other extras where delivered. Great experience and the car is exactly what I really wanted. Will do business with them again for our second car soon and highly recommended.

Although the dealership was very busy during the weekend, we ended up buying a car from Thomas Degenaro. He provided great service. He was attentive and helpful.

Just bought a new A4 and had a great experience. The Internet/fleet manager responded to my online request for quote within a few hours. When I arrived, Phil didn't have exactly the color combo I was looking for, but immediately found the car I wanted after a quick search of other dealers inventories. Put the deposit down and came back the next day to finalize the paperwork. Finance dept was also fantastic. Very matter of fact about the extras. No hard selling on the extended warranties, paint protection, etc. I'd say I spent no more than a total of 2 hours from when I first arrived to when I drove off the lot in my new car.

I purchased by Audi A4 last December, and have been so pleased with the excellent customer service Santa Monica Audi has provided me. My service advisor, Jake Silbergeld, is absolutely AMAZING. I have leased many cars over the past few years and have dealt with many service advisors, but Jake has been, by far, the BEST. He gave me the ultimate VIP treatment when I took my car in to be serviced and was extremely kind. Although I have had some problems with my car, Jake has made up for all the agony I have experienced! I highly recommend Santa Monica Audi and give their customer service 5 stars!

I found the service at Audi Santa Monica to be terrific! Jake, my service adviser, was helpful and attentive. He also was quite knowledgeable and gave me good tips on how to work my bluetooth. I want to recommend Audi Santa Monica's service department to all Audi Owners. A few months ago, I advised them to develop a loaner program when the car was being serviced. Recently, I was notified that they will have it all set up in a few months. They really try to listen to their customers.

I happen to stumble upon the most amazing 2008 Audi TT 3.2 v6 convertible at Santa Monica Audi that had all of the options I wanted and listed at a very fair price. I'm the kind of person that hates waiting for what I want so I was quick to call the dealership and get more in for on the car. I was so lucky to get setup with Jennifer Vickers. She was able to answer all of my question confidently and really proved to me that she was not after just and another sale.. Jennifer went out of her way to send me more pictures of the car since I am located In San Diego and was not able to drive up to Santa Monica to Check it out...

I recently purchased a car at Santa Monica Audi First of all, let me say I'm a financial planner so i know a thing or two about numbers. I feel that my salesman gave me a very fair deal. The only problem was that they did not yet have the car that I wanted in stock. I put a small deposit down on the car and it took a few days later to arrive then I originally anticipated. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to put me in a rental for the few days it was late. I've dealt with many dealerships before. I really think my salesman is an honest good guy and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and clients who are interested in buying an Audi. And I love my car, by the way!

I've shopped for cars about 8 times in my life, and every time has been torture. BUT, after meeting a great guy and sales person at this Audi lot, that all changed. My salesman is kind, knowledgeable, patient and really worked hard to put me in the car i wanted. This is a clean and courteous shopping experience for me. one of the more enjoyable times buying a car.

I absolutely love Santa Monica Audi. THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Bought a car in December after shopping on the internet. The sales people were helpful and Macaulay the operations guy and Sam the general manager made me feel like a VIP. Very helpful. If you are really busy and you don't want the typical car salesperson run around, these guys are straight and to the point. Also, I recently had to take my car in for service and they were amazing. I can't say enough nice things about these guys!

I have been leasing an A4 from Santa Monica Audi for over 2 years and have had nothing but a good experience, both from sales and service. They have been always polite, efficient and responsive; scheduling maintenance is easy, they have a shuttle to drop you off (within 5 miles) after you leave your car, and the car always comes back washed and ready to go.
