Go somewhere else. 2 pairs of jeans were hemmed here. Picked them up and they were wavy and the length was uneven all the way around. Asked owner Tony to redo and he blamed me for making the pants too long...as well as uneven. He was rude and snarky. He did the redo but the pants are still uneven and too long. Would never go back here. In this economy to be rude and do crappy work is unforgivable. And then blame the customer - I don't think so!!

Go somewhere else to hem your jeans. Anywhere but here.

keepin it real.. I walked in on a Saturday and there was no one waiting. There's something utterly refreshing about the gruff, no-nonsense approach dr. blue jeanns takes. i did not have anything very challenging; didn't care about original hems and just needed replacement of zippers and reinforcing a latch and hook. But he did a great job with what I needed and my five pairs were all done on time!

Looks like he gets handed some tough cases, by the type of person who would be inclined to ask for the moon and be infuriated when it was only half full. While I stood there, a girl in clear barbie heels and a very tiny denim skirt practically flew at him with two pairs of juicy couture jeans that were really just hanging chads. Didn't see the end results, but seemed his prices for that were more than fair.

When I picked up, he was cheerier and even though i made it there with one minute to close, they did not seem in a hurry to wrap up. $70 well spent to get all my faves back in business.
