Negative Change and Bad Service

LAZY and WORST SERVICE EVER. At first the staff used to attend me really well from the Dental Assistants to the Dentist. As of recently they are just rushing things and not doing their job. They are trying to finish fast while provide you with the worst service ever. They do tell you that you are done for the day yet they did nothing. Which has a toll affect on you.

I would not recommend this place until they change. I am a current customer and have been going to other dentist for a possible switch. This is sad, but it is what suites us best.

Make sure you visit other Dentist in case these people are doing your job already that way you can get another recommendation or perspective whether they are doing their job.

Customer service and professionalism at its best

I have to say that the staff was very prompt and informative. The dentists are very good and professional. I did not expect the good treatment I received because I have had bad experiences (with other) dentists in the past. I recommend SouthBay dentistry & Orthodontics of Gardena to everyone!!!!!!!!

Most Succesful and Pleasent Dentistry

This is the best dentist I have been to. The staff treat me and my kids very nice they are really comfortable to be around. I have been going to this dentist for years now they are really good for cleanings and deep cleanings even when you have braces!!!! I am so excited I got refereed to this dentistry. My kids and I,are really happy to be coming here!! :)

Best Dentist For Adults and Childrens

This is the best dentist place that I have been to,including with the family. The dentist actually help me when I am in pain and you can call them when you have a question or to make an appointment. I would refer you to ask for Wendy and Dr.Gerger they are my dentist and they treat me very well in appointment wise and in treatment I really want to refer you to the best so I refer to this dentistry.
