After making a room reservation for out of business associates, we cancelled the reservation well in advance due to a change in plans. When we looked at our credit card bill, the room charge was reflected. Several attempts speaking w/ the desk attendant Marisol & the Manager Josef, they admitted the error, but never bothered to refund the money. They are disorganized and unprofessional. You cannot believe a word they say!"
WORST HOTEL EVER!. This place was absolutely horrible. A cheap, chintzy remodel, they used pergo floors in the rooms, which makes for waking up way to early to the clickety clack of everyone's shoes coming and going. Cheap soaps/shampoos, etc. Something seemed strange as there was no hotel name on the generic keys, the key envelope was a small manilla envelope cut in half, and the do not disturb doorhanger has 'maid service requested' on the back of it, which makes for an easy mistake when a sleepy traveller places it on the doorknob, resulting in the maid walking in on me naked way too early in the morning. A complaint to the manager resulted in him saying he only cares what 'good customers' think(!) I am a business traveller, I know how to act and what to expect. When he refused to offer any kind of remuneration for my bad experience, I calmly told him that was a horrible policy, he threatened to call security on me. I took a photo on the way out, and he came at me like he was going to attack me, and threatened to do so. I should have called police on him. According to a clerk, this crazy man was they 'highest guy up' and they did not have owner's contact info.
Thanks so much. Thank you very much for the enjoyable stay. Everyone was very friendly & kind. a real upscale experience for 2 folks from wyoming.
