Mr.. Very, very hard to contact. Five calls in an hour, and hangs up. Very hard to connect with the doctors. You will be lucky to be answered in one phone call. Customer service line frustratingly busy or are they?

Unhappy patient. Very slow to respond to THREE phone calls over four hours. No sense of urgency. Staff is remarkably busy and either does not relay messages or the physicians are too busy to return calls. Very displeased.
