HORRIBLEE. i completly HATEEE their employess and their attitudes.... they look you up and down... and there not friendly one bit!!! last time i was there they gave me soo much trouble with my buisnesss check...(which is with WAMU) i had to drive all the way to another bank to get my things done... this is not the first time they do this to me, and im sooo upset. I will be closing all my accounts with you!!!
User review by nsla05. I have encountered too many costly dissapointments. They are always putting my paycheck on hold and have different excuses each time. Recently my rent bounced even though I had enough funds. 2 reps and the manager admitted it was a bank error and that there was no hold on my account so they credited the NSF fee and said they would send a letter to my landlord to explain the error. Well, they LIED! Instead of admitting to their error the letter said they were unable to process the transaction because my funds were on hold! AGAIN!!! They may have credited my account fee, but how good is that when now my landlord is charging me for a supposed bounced check!

This is my bank by default. I was first a customer with Republic Federal in Burbank, then they changed to Great Western and now Washington Mutual. I liked all three banks except the Burbank branch is not as good in customer service as they used to be. If I go inside a bank now I will go to the La Canada branch.
I am still happy with the overall service. My account is always correct. They let me continue with my Ready Reserve to cover my checks, and since I usually do business at the ATM for withdrawals and deposits, I never have to wait in line. Hope they continue to stay as they are.
