Nutrition Program For Health Concerns & Weight Loss

Went to this health center on referral and saw many great results with friends who went there to treat their health and weight by better nutrition. I needed help to lower my very high cholesterol problem and wanted to see if it could be controlled by nutrition before being placed on medication by my medical doctor. Truly benefited by being properly informed as to how to eat right and what to avoid. This nutrition program is tailored to the patient's specific health care needs and not a fad diet/nutrition approached. By eating properly, I gradually lost weight in a very healthy manner and my cholesterol went down significantly. My medical doctor was very impressed with both - my weight loss and my cholesterol level. Now I have made the necessary healthy lifestyle change which I am truly happy about. Thanks to the expert help at Vitality Health Center. The nutritionist is very knowledgeable and the staff is very friendly and very supportive. Would highly recommend their service to anyone.
