view & uploadhorrible food, horrible service, good place, good value, love shor, always bad parking, awesome hodori restaurant

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They have everything you would want from Korean food.
Mediocre Korean Food at your service, 24/7. This place is open 24/7 and serves mediocre Korean food. It's pricey though for what you are getting. There are tons more places that are open late or 24 hours in the vicinity that serve better Korean food. I don't get the appeal of this place.
Best Korean Food. I know there are a lot of Korean Restaurants around here, but this place is 24/7 and they have really great food here! Plus its like the after party....playing all the jams...better than the club...lol!
This Koreatown hole-in-the-wall caters mostly to the after-hours club crowd, with dishes ranging from barbecued meats to spicy tofu soup..
In Short
Think 24-hour Korean is too good to be true? Well, all we have to say is, An-ni-yo. (Roughly translated, that's Korean for "Not any more, ladies and gents.") This place is bringing the best of tasty Korean food to the masses any time of the day or night with all the classic Korean offerings like kalbi (barbecue short ribs), duk-bok-ki (spicy rice cakes) and yuk-gae-jang (spicy beef soup with scallions). So next time you find yourself with wanting some nourishment of an Asian persuasion at 3 o'clock in the morning, this no-frills joint is the place for you and your faded friends.
PACKED AS HELL. THE FOOD IS DECENT ENOUGH BUT EVERYONE FROM THE CLUB MIGRATES STRAIGHT THERE AT 2AM. THE PARKING IS ALWAYS BAD THERE NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY IT IS. PEOPLE HONESTLY GO THERE JUST TO BE SEEN AND TO SAY THEY HAVE BEEN TO ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR SPOTS IN KTOWN.
Busy busy busy, decent korean food so packed. Food is decent and recommended. They are always open 365 days 24 hours. Sometimes its just too crowded to go eat there. Love the spicy bqq pork and spicy tofu soup. If there is too many people I just go next door. Almost the same usually with less wait. Good place to go after going drinking or clubbing.
late night Korean snack. This 24 hour restaurant sells a wide variety of Korean dishes from soon tofu to galbi to bibimbap to a number of stews. Some might say that the quality of the dishes aren't up to par, but they are decently priced (all dishes are under $10). However, the best thing about Hodori would have to be its convenience. If you're partying away at a K-town club or bar at 2 in the morning, it's one of the few places that would still be opened. The only bad thing about the place is the limited parking, but then again if you're dining at 2:00 am, it shouldn't be too big of a problem!
Worst Services Ever. Worst Service. Went into lunch around 12:20. After realizing we did not receive our food for 40 mins (yes 40 mins) I questioned our food, so right afterwards, they brought out our first dish. Ten minutes pass, and i noticed a couple who came in way after us, was already finished eatting and left. and still no second dish. So after waiting another ten minutes i canceled our order and left. When we left it was 1:30 and was still starving and the first dish wasn't comparable to any of the other korean places nearby.
Food and service is horrible!!! Avoid.. I've been here a few times. It use to be a good place to go eat. It definitely isn't what it use to be. The service was horrible but that's expected since it's not fine dining. The food was HORRIBLE for the money you pay. The Galbi was so hard to chew. You can find a lot better in Koreatown. Just ask any local Korean and they'll point you to a good place.
so so. After reading about it in some eating guide, I went here for lunch. Perhaps I should have brought a Korean speaking person with me because communication was a little difficult despite the pictures of the entrees. All the waitresses were cleaning tables while I sat there idly waiting for them to take my order. The food was good, but I expected much more. I paid about 10 bucks. It's not all that pricey but again, I expected much more.
