I bought my last car here about 2 years ago. it was time for me to get my wife a new one and so we chose to try them out again. Once again they went above and beyond. they were so nice and truly went out of there way to make us happy. I have not one complaint about them.

This was the first car I have ever purchased on my own and everyone at Bob Smith made it very enjoyable and easy! All the staff was so nice and explained everything I needed to know about my car and all the paperwork in a professional and speedy manner. My salesman, Will, made sure that I knew everything about my Rav and how everything in my car worked. He was very knowledgeable about every car on the lot and really sold me on the Rav. He was a pleasure to work with and I will return to Bob Smith in the future because of service they provided.

Working with Haik K. truly was a pleasure. From our initial exchange of emails to our first time actually meeting each other. The test drive at the dealership Haik was consistently friendly, professional and courteous. He is clearly knowledgeable of the products he sales and his enthusiasm is top notch. Logical Understanding

The approach of a person who is trying to sell a car was the first thing i noticed differentiating this dealer from others. They gave me space to look around. The way the deal was made was a win-win situation for us. Honestly the calm, logical and understanding approach of personal to customers need a big positive effect on me to come back and buy a car. The efforts Tony and Justin put forth made me feel comfortable even though they still wanted to sell a car. Great Job everyone.
