We came in for vaccines and I was so pleased that my original appointment for a Friday was changed to a Wednesday for a discount. We were in and out very quickly!

I definitely felt like everyone cared about me and Eloise. They took the time to explain things, and ask if I had any questions. I trust everyone that works there, which is what I want when my baby (cat) is involved.

As a new puppy owner, the staff did a great job in explaining a bunch of stuff to me. Really appreciated their knowledge and interest in the welfare of our pet.

Cahuenga pet hospital is a great place and I will refer my friends and family members to take their pets to this great location. Reception area and staff are courteous. The vets are very professional with a world of knowledge.

I wouldn't take my dog to any other pet hospital, and I totally appreciate the doctor and assistants at this hospital and highly recommend it to everyone that has pets

Once we were seen at reception (after a rather long wait) the process went very quickly. It's not possible to go back on the survey to make changes so I wanted to clear that up. I feel that Lula was seen to very professionally and with much care. I also appreciated the follow-up call from the doctor. Thank you!

The service was fine. No complaints at all. As a hospital though, my only suggestion would be to be open longer. Another suggestion would be to have more discounts or programs to help owners with special cases or low funds. Otherwise, well done!
