I went in for a simple haircut with layers. Ashton completely messed up my hair. The layers were totally uneven, the ends were flipping outwards, and the entire hairstyle unmanageable. I went in for a second time for them to fix it. Jenna made it look better, but at the last second, we decided to cut the lower layer shorter because the ends were still flipping outwards for whatever reason she couldn't figure out. Why she didn't realize that this meant the top layers were now the same length of the bottom layers, I don't know. I basically walked out with no layers. I had to go in for a third time for her to fix it again to bring the top layers up. I've come here every year to get my hair cut and styled for important events. This time it was for my vow renewal. Since we ended up cutting my hair so short, I had to find a completely different veil at the last minute because the original one had a heavy hairpiece that kept slipping out due to the new length. I had to find another salon to style my hair the day of the vow renewal because I couldn't manage it myself. I ended up with a totally different hairstyle and look that I didn't want because Ashton couldn't handle a simple haircut in the first place! I did not appreciate having to deal with this last-minute hair disaster the week of the ceremony. I had many other details to think about. I did NOT need to rush around looking for a new veil and another salon for a simple blow out that I could have done myself had it been done properly in the first place! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
