The Most Amazing Personal Trainers! I have had many trainers in the past and no one compares to Jen! I came in here a couple of weeks ago for the first time and trained with Jen. Not only was she so personable but she created a custom workout plan based on my lifestyle to help keep me on track for my fitness goals. I was able to get a great massage after my workout. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a smaller workout environment with an personal touch.
