Great experience, would recommend. I have been working with Mark for many years and have nothing but positives to say about his firm and his employees. I'm not sure what the gentleman experienced with the giftcard, but Mark has been very helpful to me and my family and because of his planning I now have an income plan for the rest of my life so I don't worry any longer about running out of money. I lost a lot in the last 2 stock market crashes and he has been a godsend to me. It sounds like the guy above was just having a bad day. He should be happy that he was even offered a certificate to come in. Some people....

Watch Out For Scam. We received a no obligation direct mail piece that offered a $150.00 certificate to Ruth Chris or Mastro's steakhouse in return for meeting with the owner, Mark Kennedy. We fell for it. The meeting began normally enough but quickly soured as Kennedy brought out the strong arm sales tactics and became increasingly rude and insulting. We asked for our certificate which he refused to provide saying, "you have enough money, you can get it yourself and you weren't getting it anyway."

If this guy would would run a scam for a lousy $150.00, imagine what he would do for real money!

If you get one of these mailings, RIP IT UP. If you're looking for a financial planner, don't walk away but RUN away from this scam operation.
