Brian knows what he is doing, keeps me abreast of changes, gets my clients a competitive rate, communicates in a non-threatening way, helps me show the clients where the value in a transaction lies, completes his work early in the process and closes the loans he says he will close.

Excellent knowledge, follow-up and communication throughout the entire process. The purchase was a short sale so this was a lengthy process from start to finish.

Brian was very persistent with the HOA and through his efforts was able to get a loan done that two previous buyer's lenders were not able to do. He also communicated every step of the way with the buyer to let him know what was going on. Definitely felt like I had a lender that was working as part of a team to help me complete the transaction. Brian did a great job; his persistence and determination were instrumental in getting this transaction completed.
