Fantastic for merchandise. Miserable customer service.. I've been to this store many times over the years - they always have what I need.... whether it be camping supplies, costumes, or even just fun items. I went there today and for the first time ran across the most horrible customer service from the woman working there. She wasn't nice. Not even a little helpful and seemed to not want my business. Happy to take my business elsewhere, I drove around town looking for what I want. Unable to find it, I called the store on the phone to see if I could get another person. The same lady answered the phone and was just as unhelpful and rude. I'd like to say I'd try it again, but I'd sooner drive across town to another surplus store so that I'd never have to deal with that miserable woman.

California Surplus Mart...Army/Navy Surplus!!!!!!!!!!. If you are looking for anything army/navy this is the place to start. Im into the whole camo trend and this store had everything and more! A costumer/stylists DREAM!!!! Employees were patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Very trendy, and hip selection. For those who are looking to find camping equipment, work uniforms/boots, or anything else "outdoorsie" this place will exceed your EVERY expectation.
