Don't let the food court location fool you. The miso and spicy miso broth is the stuff dreams are made of. Pork cheeks are melt in your mouth tender but a tad fatty - live a little and get it anyway!

Though I am far from an expert, this is by far my favorite ramen shop. Been coming here for years. Don't be fooled by its food court location. This is good stuff.
