The owner of Dean Sin World is the real Mama Lu. Super cheap for 10, $4.85 and, to take them home, it's $13 for 50. Everything is handmade and and you can take them home and steam them yourself.

The owner of Dean Sin World is the queen of dumplings in the SGV. A lot of the Shanghainese restaurants nearby buy from here. She also makes a great crab shell pastry.
