Dishonest Company. The worst company to do business with. Dishonest and lied about the cost of a job to fix our refrigerator. Stated in front of my husband and myself the compressor would cost $650. Got the compressor for $400 somewhere else and when we called back for them to install he said the compressor was only $150 and wanted to charge $500 to install. Unbelieveable! Crooks-don't waste your money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I called them to repair my broken Miele dishwasher, the service technician would not give me a written quote to repair it, even after I asked for one. He verbally said $550 - $200 labor and "about $350 for the part," then he left - never even asking if I wanted the machine repaired. I called his office to complain and tell them that the cover wasn't back on correctly and the buttons were sticking inside the cover too- was told I'd get a call back from the service manager. Next day had another company - recommended by Miele, look at the machine - technician took one look at machine, before he put a tool to it, and asked if someone tried to open the machine because the door lock is broken. The ARC-USA technician didn't ask if I wanted my machine fixed because he had BROKEN IT MORE!!!! No wonder he was in such a hurry to leave and wouldn't give me a written quote! I called the service department again and asked for manager - he still has never called. I called back again and spoke with Steve - not sure what he does but he would not let me talk to anyone else, and he had a complete attitude, was rude and told me flat out his technicians do not break machines. Also - the company authorized by Miele only charges a flat $175 labor fee and the part is only $174 - not $350 - but $350 would cover the $98 part the ARC technician broke - no wonder the cost was so over-inflated too!
I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR IF I COULD- THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't use these guys. They say they will give you 10% if you mention ad on site. But demand you print imaginary coupon. There $35 fee for coming to your house turns into an &80 minimum charge - it he even just looks at the problem
Arc & USA Appliance Repair - A SCAM!. Arc & USA Appliance repair is a scam. They charge a fortune for their service, tell you they will replace a part for the money and all they did was clean the part with my vacuum cleaner. Charged $239.00 and charged tax on parts that never were purchased. Very rude customer service and nasty language. This place needs to be investigated and shut down. I don't know who they think they are fooling. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Called and they came out. Quoted $580 for refrigerator repair. We say too much and pay them their $35 service fee. They call back and say they can use generic non GE part with same warranty as OE. They say between $380-$420. My wife says we can do $380 they say well it's going to be $420... ok but that includes the the $35 already paid right? "Yes it does" ok go ahead with repair. Guy comes back out and installs a motherboard, fridge fires up all is good. My wife had left a pre-written check for the agreed upon amount and Vlad the tech says he needs more money. So my son writes out another check from his account for another $35. I get home and get the story. Next morning Ross (Robert... he told me his name is Robert after having several conversations with my wife using the name Ross) tells me that not only is my wife wrong about the price but that she is a liar. I paused at his words and he said "that's right, I'm calling your wife a liar" It's not about the $35. That's not going to make or break us. It's about the lack of respect and customer service. Vlad the tech hardly spoke English and both my adult sons were intimidated by him when they did not understand him. His tone grew louder and facial expressions changed in frustration because they could not understand him. Ross (Robert) was indignant and condescending. Did not even try to work a resolution. "Your wife is a liar and I am NOT going to give you a $35 discount." Well ,I'm not going to give you any more business and I will make it a point to tell everyone how ARC & USA Appliance conducts business. DO NOT USE!!!
horrible experience with this company don't use them. I called on friday evening to schedule a saturday service for my Kitchen aid refrigerator. It first started with them dropping the ball with my 8-10 am appointment window, I call the office at 9:30 and the guy tells me the technician never received the work order , after i confirmed at 7:30 am when the office opened up at 7:00am. they tell me they can now put me in the 11-1 pm window. at 11:45 a tech by the name of Felix comes in and spends about 10 minutes probing with his volt meter and determines it's the evaporator fan motor and writes an estimate of 208.00 dollars not including the 29.00 i paid him for the service call.He tells me he can't get the part till that thurs. I tell him i need it fixed today. I call coast appliance part and buy the part myself at 108.00, put it on,it doesn't work. call a different tech and determines it'snot the fan motor but the electric board. so i'm out the cost of the fan motor, and Ross from ARC USA tells me i'm wasting his time by explaining the problem and asking for the 29.00 service charge back . Archie from a differnt company only charges me his cost of the board and 50.00 to install it. thanks archie!
