Disney's nostalgic ice cream parlor dishes up sundaes, snacks and shopping next to the El Capitan.. In Short
At a lively wraparound counter, theme-costumed "soda jerks" serve up lavish concoctions featuring ice cream from century-old Dewar's Family Ice Cream parlor in Bakersfield. Treats include cones, hot fudge sundaes, banana splits, shakes, malts, floats and sodas. Savory snacks such as hot dogs, grilled cheese and salads are also offered. For special group occasions there's "Mickey's Masterpiece"--guests choose eight scoops of ice cream, hot fudge, caramel, marshmallow, nuts and whipped cream, served in a Sorcerer's Apprentice dish.
