Bad Bad customer Service. This place is horrible . I ordered lunch and it took 30 mins to arrive. When it did arrive my order was wrong. I called and they basically said "too bad" Or i could wait another 30 mins to an hr for the corret item. They could give a damn about customer service. they didnt even want to try and make me happy about the situation. I can sometimes deal with bad customer service if the food is good but its crappy frozen meat. I do not think anyone should waste money on this establishment.

Really? This is Healthy Chinese?. I had not eaten at this restaurant for ages so when I got an urge for delivery tonight I decided to give them a try. The order taker was friendly, the delivery quick and the food was so hot that steam actually billowed out of the soup container. I eagerly took my first big spoonfull of soup and discovered - nothing. Yes, there was a hot broth with chunks of meat but no flavor. The next dish was garlic green veggies and this had the opposite problem in that they were soaked in sauce and the veggies seemd to be days old. One bite and I was finished. Thankfully this wonderful city of ours is filled with other Chinese resturants so that I never have to partake of their substandard offerings again.

What a mess!. LIke many of the other reviews here, I also say, "this place used to be good." Five years ago when we first moved to the neighborhood, we loved the place. We have seen a steady decline in food quality over the last couple of years along with noticeably bad service. Decided to try it again tonight and phoned in a takeout order. After the person handling the phones read the order back (correctly) and gave me a price, I picked it up. Got home and found chicken instead of shrmp. Went back to exchange. Didn't get an apology, but instead got a manager demanding another $1.50. Completely rude, like my having to come back for their mistake was an incovenience to them. Got home with the food and it was terrible. No seasoning at all. Will be writing this place off for good as the steady decline continues even further.

Yummm!!1. Great food! Everything we had was hot and fresh! The service was excellent! The Orange Chicken was so tasty!

Is that really a .... Been to this place twice. Liked it, not bad. Decent prices. Took home most of my chicken fried rice, and later found a CRITTER in it! Not sure when and how the it got in there, but it happened. Not good.

Real good Chinese. This is really good Chinese food. The delivery comes fast and always tastes good. It doesn't make you feel heavy afterwards. They have a great selection of healthy and your normal favorite dishes. I do not like the sauce they give you for the dumplings as it's not what I'm used to, but that is my only problem with the entire place. Oh yeah, and the somewhat stale fortune cookies.

Unbelievably Bad Service!. Called in order 8:14pm, Extremely rude person answering phone. Not told price or delivery time. 9:14 call to check on delivery, rude person says driver already left (I live 3 blocks away).

9:44 Same person says delivery driver "really" left and they will give me $10 off.

10:00 I go to McDonalds while fiance waits in case food comes. 10:28 right now, still no word.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!. I called to order a delivery, and the person taking the order was the rudest and most insincere person I've ever encountered. She continuously cut off my sentences. She didn't listen to what I wanted exactly. She even "accidentally" hung up on me! The food is ok. They still didn't give me exactly what I wanted. Overall, I would never recommend this place. The service is disgusting that the it makes the food just as bad.

Not great anymore. This used to be a great place - always used to come here when I had a craving for Chinese food. However, i recently came here a few months ago - and was very disappointed. Apparently, the chef has changed and the food quality has gone downhill. Even the standard beef and brocolli dish was prepared in a strange way- nothing was stir-fried together. Won't be coming back anytime soon.
