HORRIBLE.

Chicken salad was like eating a mayonnaise sandwich and the rest of my order was COLD, and the hotdog bun was hard as a brick. When I called to complain, I was told there was no Manager available until after 3pm (wtf???), and that they cannot "do anything" until he/she is contacted and made aware. So instead of sending someone out w/ something edible, I am waiting for a Manager who doesn't seem to be that concerned they have a staff that is capable of making decisions on their own in the rather unprofessional absence of a dayshift manager.

• Pros: the times I've had the cheesesteak I didn't have probs.
• Cons: No manager, cold food, gross chicken salad, understaffed at lunchtime

Horrible customer service

I read the reviews here before ordering... or trying to order. I called, and asked the girl who answered what comes on a mushroom steak, like if there are condiments on it. She said "Whats a condiment?" to which I replied, if you dont know what a condiment is, I would doubt you are qualified to make my meal. (No one likes surprises on their food... especially not me... so I wanted to know EXACTLY what they put on it).

I then asked for a manager to which they told me there was none, and why did I need to speak to one?

Long story short, I never got to place an order because the person was too dumb to actually take my order.

I would say if you can get past the McEdmucated staff, they might have decent food... I personally couldn't tell you.,. I got frustrated and called another place for a delivery... good luck!!

HORRIBLE!!!!

I used to order from here a lot however it has been getting worse and worse and today was the last straw. I hadn't ordered in awhile because I've been frustrated with the poor phone service and long delivery times. Today, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a hoagie sandwhich on wheat bread. The sandwhich arrived and I can only discribe it as a culinary disaster. First of all, it was not a hoagie. It was a disgusting sandwhich on three layers of smushed bread. The ingredients were all lumped together in the middle and they didn't actually even line up the bread so when they cut it in half, each half wound up with a tiny sliver of bread either on the top of bottom. I couldn't even hold it. It had also been smashed to a lump when they were cutting it. I called back to explain that I hadn't gotten the hoagie that I had ordered. The manager told me it was too bad. He explained that a lot of people get upset when they realize the hoagie on wheat bread isn't a hoagie, but a three layers sandwhich disaster. I asked why he didn't clarify that it wouldn't be a hoagie when I ordered and he explained that I should have figured it out. I asked if he could send me a new sandwhich. Even though he was a manager he said that would be impossible and that there was nothing he could do. He also told me I should be more careful when I order from them. When I asked to speak to the owner to complain, he told me the owner only comes in once every 6 months. He was rude, condescending and insulting. I will NEVER order from this place again and I will never give them another dime. If you want to support restaraunts that value their customers and good service, DO NOT ORDER FROM OR EAT HERE.

THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will NEVER EVER order from them again. I placed an order to be delivered. It took 10 minutes to place the order because no one understands english. Finally when the order was delivered, the delivery guy wasnt even smart enough to make change. When I opened my bags...of course, wrong. I asked for 2 diet cokes and got one coke. I called to speak to a manager. The first time i called i spoke with Barbara who called me stupid and hung up on me. So of course i called back, I guess the Managers do not work on weekends. They leave the restaurant to people who dont speak english. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Great steak Sandwiches !

Always crowded sandwich shop - for a reason. Great big tasty Philly steak sandwiches. Authentic? Never been to Philly. Lil greasy - comes with the territory. Tasty steak sandwich. Simple.
