Great Service - Ask for Haiti. These guys are exceptional. Extremely helpful and put together a lst minute balloon order and delivered to my house within 2 hours. Highly recommneded. "Toothfairy" below must be Canadian.

THE BEST PARTY STORE IN LOS ANGELES GUARANTEED. VINE AMERICAN...A PERFECT STORE FOR EVERY HOLIDAY, WEDDING, BABY SHOWER, BIRTHDAY, OR ANY PARTY IN GENERAL. THIS STORE HAS EVERYTHING FROM TABLE COVERS TO AMAZING BALOON DECORATIONS. MY NAME IS JOYCE AND I AM A PARTY PLANNER. THEIR FABULOUS EMPLOYEES HELPED ME FIND EVERYTHING FOR ONE OF MY CUSTOMERS CARNIVAL. I HAD TROUBLE FINDING MANY ITEMS AND I NEEDED A LARGE AMOUNT OF EVRYTHING. THE GREAT EMPLOYEES HELPED ME GET WHAT WAS NECESSARY AND THE MANAGER PLACED A SPECIAL ORDER FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES SO I WOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE EVERYTHING. Hitor miss. I only go there because they're nearby but it's staggering how out of stock they are and how uninformative and rude the staff are.

The store has alot of customers and some of those customers are from the studios near by and they usually buy in bundles and we try our best to have what the customers need. We also have the option on taking special order for our customers if they need any specific items.
