Great Auto Repair

I just had some body work done on my vehicle and Harry's did a great job, the car looks perfect and they finshed 3 days ahead of schedule. They were very nice and easy to deal with. Maybe I delt with someone different than the other reviewer, but I can't say enough good things about the service that I received.

WORST EXPERIANCE. DO NOT USE HARRY'S!!!

DO NOT USE HARRY'S!!!

They are:

Rude. Dishonest. Unprofessional. Incompetent. Unreliable. Disappointing. Foul Language.

I took my car in for a damaged fender on the 2nd of April. I was told that with ordering parts it would take 5 days. By the 18th, it still wasn't fixed. They came up with a number of excuses, including that they bought the part but it didn't fit. I went there to look at my car on the 19th. It was sitting in the back of the shop, with my damaged fender still on it, not being worked on. The general manager, Rick was rude, told me that it was not his responsibility, and that if I didn't want to wait, that I should take my car. I took my car to MODERN AUTO BODY in Glendale. It was a bit farther of a drive, but it was worth it! They fixed my car over the weekend. It was ready in 5 days. I picked it up today, the 24th pf April. Use MODERN AUTO BODY in Glendale. THEY ARE GREAT, FAST, COMPETENT, AND PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH!!!

The most expensive labor in L.A.

I was using Harry's for a year but i think they changed their price policy. Today i was there because of some minor problems, i wanted to get them fixed before i sell my car. They charged me $100 for putting a screw on bumper, $75 for putting another screw on muffler pipe and $25 fixing gas handler. Last time i went there, they told me that they wouldnt charge me anything for the bumper, so today i just left my car without asking how much it would cost because i thought it wouldnt cost more than 50-60 bucks, yet instead of screwing the bumper, they screwed me. Thanks Harry, good job!

Quality Automotive Repair

Is it true that Harry’s Auto Collision Center located at 1154 North La Brea Avenue in W. Hollywood is a first rate operation? Yes, it is in every respect! The owners Harry and Chris and the repair technicians are extremely good at what they do. We had the unpleasant experience of a traffic accident during a week day commute. Fortunately, after the dusk settled our 96 Honda Civic was drivable and able to make it home. After contacting our auto insurance company, we searched the internet for a repair shop and were influenced by customer comments, both good and bad. Our choice of this particular Harry’s Auto Collision Repair turned out to be the right choice. They not only expertly repaired the front end damage from the accident but in addition they repaired defects that were visible from age, wear and tear. We were pleasantly surprised when presented with a shiny; good looking 96 Honda Civic. My wife was speechless, I was elated. We are looking forward to many more miles of driving our new looking 96 Honda Civic. Thank you Harry and Chris!

Rotors Replaced

I went in for brake pad replacement and they found that I needed to replace the rotors. I believe the previous place I got my brakes done might have screwed them up.

Had to come in for 2 separate visits due to ordering of the rotors. 2nd time didn't charge me tax or labor which was awesome. Yeah rotors range about 30-60$ each on the internet. But nice people.
