Great service and professional

I had my car fixed at the shop ,i am very happy, first they towed my car in the middle of the night,(free)second they are very helpful,honest,reliable and most important they think the costumer is a family member because of that they are very reasonable. After i took my sons and husbands car and so on.So think short act fast you people you should try and be a loyal costumer. Whoever i recommend to use this shop before they go to a dealer they thanked me after.

Very helpful and affordable

I had a great experience at the shop. My car had a dent and a few scratches and they had it new for me in no time and gave me a really reasonable price. They were very curteous. I would recommend them and would be back if I needed work on my car, they do everything.

Very Bad Experience

I usually take my car to the audi dealership, but was just having problems with a new battery draining and wanted them to check the battery to make sure I hadn't bought a bad battery. They 'diagnosed' my car with a bad ECU, which is a 1,000.00 part. Similar to the last reviewer- they wanted me to call and see if the part was covered by through warranty. This seemed very strange to me, since I had recently had my car serviced and scanned with no problems and car was running great, with the exception of the battery. When I said thank you, but i'll just pick up my car. They said I would have to wait until the morning. He then calls me the following morning to tell me he has great news- it is only a relay switch to the ECU and will only be $250 part instead of 1K. He was very angry when I refused repairs and hung up the phone on me. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I took the car to my mechanic at audi and all was fine with my car- battery was good, ECU was good, new battery just needed adjusted.

brought my car in after hitting a curb.The mechanic told me I needed two to three thousand dollars in work done.wanted me to file a claim with my insurance and said if i did he could cut the costs in half.Had a really bad feeling about him and took my car to a more reputiable repair shop. They found nothing wrong with my suspesnsion!!!!!! Made me furious! Dont be a victim of these guys.
