Very Bad Experience

they promise you one thing, and deliver another. they lie, they steal your money. and give you aweful equipment. their customerr service is fine, however that is how good their sweet talking lies go. I had the most stressful time with them. They promise my all my money back, I only got 1/3 of it. I didnt even want to give it a rating, but i couldnt finish this review.

I had to rent a U-Haul truck last minute on a Sunday, for a local pick up, and to my surprise they did have a truck I needed. I rented a 14 foot truck for a great price, and most of the staff working there was great. The older diesel truck worked great with no problems at all. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this place for a U-Haul rental. However, when I returned the truck for check in, the person that checked me in was very rude for no apparent reason? I'm still trying to figure out why? Also, this truck ran on diesel fuel and the gas stations near by didn't sell diesel fuel. I had to drive and exta couple miles away to fnd this diesel fuel, which cost me extra on the milage fee. I'm pretty sure this U-Haul location knew this, but failed to tell me. I would have recommended this place if it hadn't of been for the rude check in person.
- Pros: Availability of rental trucks on a Sunday!
- Cons: Rude check in guy!
