Horrible selection & bad service!. this place is a dump.

first off, it was 90 degrees outside and there was no ac going at all! can you imagine changing in and out of various bride and bridesmaid dresses feeling hot and sticky??

second, i flipped through the whoppin' two racks of dresses. rack to the left are bridal dresses and rack to the right were bridesmaid dresses. extremely outdated styles and extremely limited selection.

third, absolutely horrible service! normally, i can understand and would lower my expectations of the goods if the service overcompensates for it, but NO, not unique bridal! when i pointed to her the dress i wanted to try on, she pretty much told me "no, unless you buy it from me, there's no point in me showing you the dress or allowing it for you to try it on." seriously??

i get that she doesn't want to help if we don't buy from her, but i would imagine she would want to earn our business. we haven't decided on where to buy the dress yet, or even know if that is the dress!

needless to say, won't be returning to this crappy place!
