Excellent Customer Service.. Thank you to Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair Service for their exceptional customer service.

This company took the time to diagnosis our machine over the phone.

Our Front Load Washer was making a thumping noise, like loose shoes in the machine. We called other companies, they would not give me the time of day.

Paul's Service was clear that the problem was too expensive, the bearing has failed.

Call Paul for LG Washer Repair.. Our LG Tromm Washer was not functioning. I was pleased to talk with Paul he was very professional and was clear about the diagnosis and estimate. We made the appointment. Thhe job was done and completed in the time frame and price quoted.

Honest and generous company.. Maytag Front Load Washers have a best-friend in Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair Service. Our laundry machine was full of water and not able to move through the cycle. We were very impressed with the kindness this company demonstrated. David explained a "trick," and he was right. Our machine was is no working, with no money out of pocket. Give this company a call.

The professionalism demonstrated by this family-owned business is exceptional. We have a older Kenmore Laundry Appliance and it was full of water. David took his time in explaining the potential causes of the problem and provided an estimate.
