Nothing Special!.
I was a regular at Pizza Man - although it's not great pizza, it was around the corner, cheap, and it never takes more than 15 minutes. I recently deleted their number from my cell phone because for no reason at all, they started charging me more and more for my usual Medium: Sausage and Green Pepper. I always tipped, even though I was going in and picking it up myself, so I didn't really understand why the men at the register bumped up the price a little more every time I came in. I know I should have asked, but I didn't.
Regardless, I no longer go to Pizza Man. It seems to me they don't really value customer loyalty. Go around the corner to Casa Bianca - it's MUCH better.
