A Huge Disappointment. It was a big disappointment. The drinks were strong but expensive. Victor, the Manager was rude and agressive. I went to celebrate a promotion and to hear some Jazz. What I got was staff asking when I was leaving and a band playing the Eagles and Janis Joplin (with tambourines!). Columbo's is a restaurant and neighborhood bar. If you want to hear Jazz; go somewhere else. I will NEVER go there again!

Wonderful Dinning Out Unexpected. We did not expect to have such a great dinning experience.

Just going through Eagle Rock...home to San Gabriel. We need to eat a dinner. Our son 9 years old truly enjoyed going into a Jazz place! He felt like an adult! Our server was wonderful.. She made us feel so welcome! You need to dine here yourself.

Great Old Fashioned Italian Steakhouse in Eagle Rock. The service is some of the best in Los Angeles. The host opened the swinging doors that lead to the bathroom for me both of the times I got up to use the restroom. The wait staff make you feel like a welcomed regular even if it's your first time. The menu is small, but the food is good quality. I especially recommend the tortellini. The drinks are great and they don't skimp on the alcohol. There is a lounge like atmosphere and they often have swanky Sinatra style musical acts. I love this place!

Colombos' in Eagle Rock, watch for the Sopranos!!. This is my favorite Italian Restaurant in Eagle Rock. I like Capri too. But, Colombo's has that wonderful old school pasta house feel. I take everyone who comes to visit here. It reflects the ambiance of the ROCK. Management is terrific. Your always looking at the door to see Tony and Carmella walk in. Jazz is played here all weekend and Monday nights. Good Jazz!

Mama is in the house a lot, and has the front table by the side door. That makes me feel good. Mama is there!!

Steaks are great, Lasagna is great, spagetti is great. Meatballs baby.

Unique, high quality, sophisticated ambiance. Columbo's is a fantastic restaurant. It scores a 10 in my book on all levels. Service was impeccable, and of high quality managment! The candle light ambiance sets a tone for all to enjoy... Whether it be steak at it's finest or an authentic pasta dish, Columbo's seems to satisfy the needs of so many. It's a great place to celebrate a birthday , anniversary, romantic date, or just a simply a place to hang out with friends and family. After 10pm live bands play an array of music and of course, it dosn't hurt that there is a full bar available.. Last, but not least, the dessert platter is exquisit... This is definitely a top choice restaurant for all occasions!
