My dogs..

My dogs were beginning to be able to wedge themselves inside the house because our sliding doors would not lock close. I hated coming home to the messes they would leave everywhere. Sherman Oaks Lock &Safe were reasonable in their pricing, and the technician was very professional. Their service is fast, and high quality.

GREAT SERVICE GUYS!!!!!!

Fabulous job this company did. I recently had a break in, in my home and I have two little kids so of course i was terrified. I wanted to best quality in locks to be installed in my house. We were willing to pay hundreds if needed! We wanted to feel safe and secure, so when we called around looking for someone to come out and help us in our area, we didn't base it on price. I didn't care. We wanted someone who we could trust into our home, especially after what we just went through. I couldn't find another locksmith company was I felt more comfortable and more safe with than Sherman Oaks Lock & Safe.

One of the employees was able to come out the exact same day at NO extra cost. Which I thought was PHENOMENAL for same day service. When he arrived, he was clean cut, professional, answered all of our questions and we did not even hesitate, we wanted this company to be the one we let in. From beginning to end, we were happy and 100% satisfied. There was no damages, he knew exactly what he was doing. Everything went exactly as planned.

If you are looking for a company who you CAN trust and isn't trying to BS their way, this is the company. They are located on Ventura and Willis, right down the street for us. I usually don't leave reviews, but I never felt more safe using a locksmith the way I have with them.

Fast!

I accidentally locked myself out of the office one day while my boss was out and had entrusted me with the keys. Rather than wait for my not so understanding boss to come back I called this Locksmith company. I was so happy when I saw the technicians van 25 minutes later. He did the lock picking for the front door in about 10 seconds. I didn't know anyone could lock pick so fast. 35 minutes after the whole locking myself out caos had begun I was back in the office and than my boss returned 5 minutes later! If you need a fast lock pick definitely give these guys a call.
