This restaurant's first roadside chicken stand opened up in Guasave, Mexico in 1975. A family-inspired recipe of chicken marinated in herbs, spices and citrus juices was an overnight success and the Mexican chain opened its first American location in Los Angeles in 1980. Ever since, customers have been devouring the house specialty--zesty flame-grilled chicken served with tortillas and fresh salsa. Other menu options include pollo bowls (rice and chicken), salads and quesadillas.

Love that chicken!. Ok I been going to this place for the longest time and Pollo Loco is sooooo good.

I love the flavor of the chicken you know when it just came out of the grill and than with

the different sauce they have there, tortillas mmmmm, they are good of course they have different side dishes to go with it but my favorite of course will be nothing more than the chicken itself ....
