nightmare store

i don't know where to begin. i thought i was in twilight zone. i received my order after twelve days and it was WRONG. THEN I GOT TOSSED AROUND FROM STORE TO STORE WITH WRONG INFORMATION. ONE STORE HAD CLOSED FIFTEEN MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME AND I WAS THERE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS!!! I CALLED TWICE IN THE MORNING TO CHECK MY ORDER AND THEY SAID THEN HAD IT, I GOT TIME OFF WORK TO GO PICK IT UP AND THEY DID NOT HAVE IT!!!!!! THEY EVEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME ON THE PHONE TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS IN THEIR HANDS!!!! I AM SORRY BUT I REALLY THINK THERE IS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH PEOPLE WORKING AT LOWE'S. I GET TRANSFERED TO WRONG DEPARTMENTS AND THEN THEY HANG UP THE PHONE WHILE I AM ON HOLD. JUST SEND YOUR WORST ENEMY THERE. DO NOT GO TO THE MANAGER NAMED GEORGE IN THE TORRANCE LOCATION. HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT.
