i was asked by the very friendly driver to go on this website and write an honset review,i was happy to do so because it was a truley a plessure to work with hercules towing.my car stalled on mulholland dr and i didnt know what the reason was.i called a few comapnies that quated me a high price without coming to the location,then i called hercules and they said there was a service call to come out and see if it needs a tow or not,the price was fair and so i asked them to come by.after about 15 min a guy named nitza(hope im writing it corectly) pulled up and checked my problem,he gave me a jump start and my car was ready to go again!i was only chraged to 65 service call with no additional charges.i absloutly recommend their service to anyone that needs it

Definitely the most professional and caring service

My mother got stock in Van Nuys when her car just stalled. The car was blowing thick grey smoke. I called Hercules towing services told them the situation and they said someone is on his way already. The tow truck driver got there and it turned out to be that no water was in the car. He put some fluid in the water pump and the car was fixed. I am really happy that I choose this honest and as it turned out most reliable towing and emergency roadside company.

The best Towing Company

I was so excited and in a rush to get to a party in downtown that I forgot to turn off the light in the car. I came back and figured I need a jump start. So I called the first place I found on Google Hercules towing services and asked if they provide such a service. They told me they do and got all of my info and arrived in less than 20 minutes. They jumped my car fairly quick. Instead of just living after the job was done the driver Nick offered to stay an extra 20 minutes to see if the car was ok and that it was only a jump start that was needed. It turned out everything was good . I really appreciated the excellent emergency roadside assistant service.

So I was on the road when I heard a weird noise coming out of my car. I looked threw my mirrior and relalize I got a flat tire. To top it off my spare tire was flat as well. So I google Hercules Towing Services since Ive since there black towing truck on road. I called them they change it real fast as well I love that they take credit cards :) - Thank you
