I sincerely hope that the people doing the mold testing are more organized than the front desk people and the project managers.
It takes multiple calls to get anything done, they keep promising that a project manager will call back but days will pass before one calls back, and as they transfer your call from one person to another (each time you have to tell them your name and phone number because they apparently don't communicate with each other), you get the distinct feeling that none of them care about you at all.
They are in no rush. They told me that I would have my clearance test results back at 3 pm, then 4:30 pm, then 5 pm and when I called in at 5 pm, they told me to call in the next morning. I told them that there were repair contractors scheduled for the next morning and that I needed to know today (as they had promised) so I could tell them whether they should come or not. You can't just call contractors five minutes before they arrive and cancel on them.
The project manager was even worse than the front desk people. Totally disorganized, uncaring, and lazy.
You lose a day of construction? They don't care. You are displaced out of your house for one extra day? They don't care. They have no respect for their customers or their customers' time.
Choose a different company that actually can return your phone call during the same day and actually cares about you and their work. It should be a major warning sign that this company can't even perform basic tasks.
