Unprofessional, Unreliable, vindictive?.
We purchased a Groupon for service to LAX. When we tried to use it, we were told that it did not include the tip or the $25 fuel surcharge each way on a $240 fare. We checked the fine print on the purchased coupon and we informed them there was no fuel surcharge shown. The representative repeated that there would be a charge and that he would e-mail a copy of the fine print. He didn't. (I found the latest version of the coupon on-line which does state there would be a 5% surcharge).
We attempted to book our pick-up. Left numerous messages, none were returned. We contacted Groupon, they confirmed the pick-up date and time, 2:15pm on a Friday. At 2:30pm when they hadn't arrived, we called, left numerous messages; again no call. At 2:45pm we had to load our own car, drive to the airport and pay for long term parking. We needed their service since both of us had had recent surgery and were not supposed to lift our bags. We've never heard back from this company.
