Best Hair Salon. A friend told me about this new salon in Monrovia and I was hesitant about the area...but after seeing her hair I knew I had to go. Really nice salon with experienced stylists and simple, yet upscale. Marco is the owner and really knows what he's doing, as soon as I left the salon I got complemented on my hair. I also love that I can walk over to any of the restaurants/bars down the street and meet up with friends afterwards (cute shops too). I Love...love my hair!
