Having just returned from a new England tour and had several serious issues with your service. You have basically told me to get lost. You gave me no help when we were having problems. Now we have told you our problems you refuse to discuss further.Your customers need and deserve a better service than this

Enjoyed the Variety of Scenery on the Western DiscoveryTour. We Went on a National Parks Tour In 2008 with ATI as the tour provider which we thoroughly enjoyed. This time around we went on a Western Discovery tour and it filled in many gaps + Kurt our tour guide was excellent. We choose different activities to previous tour and Kurt's advice was useful. Every hotel on this tour was superior to the 2008 tour.

Great American Crossing Motor Coach Tour. The tour was well organized and interesting. We enjoyed virtually all of the places listed in the tour. Dean the tour escort was very knowledgeable and his comments were very informative. Although we joined later in the tour (Chicago stop), the group was very friendly and we were very sorry to leave the group in Las Vegas. My only suggestion would be to ask the Mormons in Utah to lighten up on their alcohol Laws. Bryce Canyon was the highlight of the tour.

Horrible customer service. We booked our hotel through this company and we showed up at our hotel and the hotel advised that Americantours International did not pay their bills and we had to pay for our hotel stay AGAIN! We called their 800# and nobody returned our calls (about 3 or 4 times). We called our credit card company and finally Visa refunded our money.

Great Tour, helpful and couteous. Enjoyed a great tour with ATI in October 2010 with my wife. Wonderful tour escort and great value for money.

Our guide was knowledgeable, very professional and courteous throughout.

I enjoyed the tour enormously and would have no problem recommending ATI to anyone.

Bad experience. we had horrible experience with ATI and we try to cancel an hotel reservation due to family emergency,

the hotel already canceled for us but ATI would not cancel for us and keep saying some one will call us back but never did. and they lied about everything to us about how they pay for hotels.
