I did not expect hiring eviction rescue would make my situation worse. They're a rip off, scam, fraud!! They did not delay my eviction, they got my documents I wanted them back so I can give them to another company who can help me. But they would not respond to my communication. I hope they all go to jail. I need my papaers back!!

Eviction Rescue stole money from me. I used their service believing they could extend my stay at my rented apartment for 2 months. That's what they said the first time. But they failed. I did not get any extension, not even a month. I would not have spread this experience had they given me an explanation and a refund. no explanation, no refund. they said it's nonrefundable. that's all. I got nothing from them.

I could not believe this company still exists. They should be closed down. This business is fraud. I relied to them to save me from my eviction but what did they do? They stole from me. They should give my payment back as they were not able to give my what they guaranteed at first. I bet they have done the same thing to other customers too. When I went to their office, I met someone who also complained about the same thing and he was really mad at them and swore he was going to sue Eviction Rescue. So don't be scammed. Make a research before you use their service and you will see a lot of complaints against them over the internet. go check in BBB's website.

Those positive reviews are fake. They are not at all customers of Eviction rescue. I think they are owners and employees of eviction rescue trying to sell their company. I am a real customer and a victim of their scam. Until now, they still owe me $400. I deserve a refund because they were not able to deliver positive result. I was evicted immediately from my home as scheduled, they did not do anything and they blamed me saying that I did not submit the documents on time when I actually did.

I regret to have trusted these people. I went to them to see about extending my stay at my foreclosed house. their business is a scam. they work like bait and switch. i was attracted by their promising ads so I signed a contract with them and made my payment. but they never delivered the result I needed. it was hard to contact them. they did not reply to my emails. it was a total waste of money.

Eviction rescue is more like Evictions R Us, and what they don't tell you is that they don't do anything other than draft documents, you have to do all the filing and defend yourself at the trial. So if you aren't a lawyer you are screwed! Not only did I lose my home to an unlawful foreclosure but I now have an eviction from my own home on my record. It will be impossible to rent a place with all of that mess on my record! And it was thanks to Eviction Rescue's bad advice and erroneous tactic that I ended up on trial suddenly with no preparation and no help from Eviction Rescue! So fellow homeowners, tread carefully with this company.

For anyone facing eviction, you should not face it yourself. It's too difficult. I tried it and I ended giving up and hired Eviction Rescue instead. I spent twice as a result. Had I known, I would have directly gone to Eviction Rescue and placed all the burdens on them. :) They are good at it, I assure you.

I was greatly disappointed by the first eviction attorney I worked with. I paid them half of the total fee at the onset of the dealing, after 3 or 4 days, I still did not hear from them. I called them but the person I spoke with was not very friendly. So, I took my papers back and went to Eviction Rescue. They were totally different. They have great customer service and very prompt in responding. In less than 48 hours, I got a feedback. It was music in the hear when they said I could extend for 3 months. And the fee was reasonable.

When you need legal assistance with eviction, you should go to this company. I did and I have no regrets because they were just amazing. They provide super fast service, collects affordable fees and most especially they answer your calls and give immediate answers. Most legal services companies are very hard to contact.

I can't imagined what could have happened to me and my family had I not know of eviction rescue. We would have stayed on the streets. That's an exaggerated but it would have been something like that. Eviction Rescue saved us on the date of our eviction. I tried everthing I could to stop our eviction from our landlord's foreclosed home or least postphone it. It did not happen until eviction rescue took control of it. They extended our stay for 3 months and that was the greatest help we got. I got my security deposit back too.
