Are they crazy??????. We call about a clogged drain but are told they don't quote over the phone, that someone can come out to give a free estimate. How irritating, but I agree and the guy did show up in the 60-90 minute time-frame. There's nothing redeeming after that: He quotes me $175 to snake an easily accessible pipe but says he needs to do it from the roof with an additional cost of $95. However, the clog isn't in the several feet of pipe from the roof to the part of the pipe BELOW the insertion point. It's a ruse to charge more. Under stress, it may make sense. But nothing they do makes much sense. Go anywhere else than here because they will rip you off!
