Horrible experience. The worst experience I ever had with any car dealers. I went to so many car dealers, but never had the experience I had today with Marina Honda. The staff seem like they all don't have a clue what they're talking about (model of car and what features) and the Sales Manager Tony Z is extremely rude. We went there with money in our hand and ready to make a purchase if the price is right but when we sat down to negotiate the price Tony the Sales Manager treat us as if we were kids. He didn't even let us negotiate and kept on asking us where we got the price that we wanted from. He needs to take some courses on good customer service and as a car dealer he needs to learn how to be patient and not go off at his customers by yelling and screaming and giving them an attitude. It's such a simple procedure yet he makes it so difficult. If he doesn't agree with the price that we want then just nicely say sorry we cannot offer you that price but we can offer you something else or let me talk to my manager or something. This guy literally harrass us and shoved us out of the store....unbelievable!!!! We will never ever come back here again and we will definitely take our business elsewhere even if we have to pay more.

Poor service; over priced by 25% to 40% when compared to other Honda dealers; managers don't care and fail to return calls. Overall, if you just want an oil change -- that might be ok but DEFINITELY NOT if you want more than that!!!
Try another Honda dealer -- you'll be pleasantly surprised.
