Life Threatening Experience
by VictimatVillaAzure at Citysearch
I should of believed the reviews before signing a lease. It only took five months until our safety was violated. An attempted break in while being home was just the beginning of our nightmare living here. Security never came. Instead, we had to wait for the police to arrive at GUNPOINT!!! Two weeks later. We called the police again due to a man banging on our bedroom window. We called security and asked them to come patrol. Did they' NO! What did management do' Nothing. Instead, they acted as if this was just a normal thing at the complex. The complex is supposed to be secured and gates and locks are broken on a daily basis. Put in our 30 days and moved out immediately. Even on our last day after this and many other incidents, the locks were still broken. Parking is the worst. People are always in your space and there is never any visitor parking. This is due to the fact that anyone can come in and out of the complex as they please with no respect for the tenants who pay for the rent. Management is out for themselves and have no respect for their tenants. It took five days for the manager to respond to emails, certified mailings and phone calls. I could keep going with how miserable this place is. Bottom line. Do not live here!!!
- Pros: Pretty on the Outside
- Cons: Management, Safety and Parking
HORRIBLE management and customer service
by jmonacko at Citysearch
The place isn't so bad, as long as you don't try to deal with the bookkeeper or the management there! They are the most unfriendly, rude, and not understanding people we have dealt with in a while. There was a BANK error which they wern't willing to forgive, even though the manager of BofA called to explain and apologize multiple times. Then they made us submit money orders the rest of our time there, because they "can't trust us". Money is not an issue for us, and it's demeaning. What made it worse though was the horrible attitude we have gotten and BAD customer service. If you are going to pay this much to live somewhere then go somewhere else where you are treated right!
- Pros: pretty on the outside
- Cons: Rude management and unforgiving
