Great place for ramen beginners although it might turn you into an addict. Open late which is perfect after late shows downtown.

It's a "make your own" type of ramen place. They give you a sheet and you check off what you want in yours. Easy, simple, great staff and consistent food. The wait isn't long and sitting at the bar isn't bad.
