Rip Off. Rip Off. Made a Universal Tours reservation for 4 through AllStar Tours card from our motel. We were picked up and taken to thier office to provide payment and get on a bus. Card saif $95, quote Shaun gave us was $98 and when we arrived at their office, they charged us $108 each. They claimed where we made the reservation knew their prices and their prices were posted, but of course we had no access to their office or prices. I consider it a ripoff. They kept our whole bus waiting for an hour and finally gave us $28 back, so still chanrged us $12 over the quote. Wonder how many people just pay it even though they are misquoted since they are already transported to a different place and would have to cancel their tour. I still call this a RipOff. If there is a separate company answering phones they need to provide accurate prices.

Terrible transportation service. We booked this transportation to a bowl game. The van showed up 45 minutes late. The company or driver kept stating, after they were late, that they would be to the hotel in 5 minutes, which was untrue. If we had known how late they were running, we would have found other transportation. THEN, the driver would not directly answer our questions about how long it would take to get to the stadium; he asked us to just relax and enjoy the scenic tour. We were already almost an hour late to a $150. per ticket pre-game party. THEN he made a potty stop, on an hour and a half ride, for one person. UNBELIEVABLE. This company was tardy, had a smarty pants driver and would not put me through to discuss my problems when I called the company. I would NEVER use this company again and would recommend the same.
