House-made pastas, truffle-laden pizzas and lots of Italian-style strong plates (chicken gizzards or beef heart tartare anyone?) help make this downtown restaurant a must stop for any foodie with street cred.

Between the brick walls, garage door windows, and the conversion from a loft to a restaurant, I felt like I was back in the Meat Packing District upon entering this place. Although it’s not in the Bestia area of LA, the pizza, pasta, and meatballs just might be worth the drive.
Perfectly executed and relatively simple, Italian food. Oh and their pizza? Is now my favorite in all of Los Angeles.

Excellent new addition to the downtown dining scene with a fantastic Italian menu... the crudo and tartar are absolutely worth checking out and make sure to save room for dessert!
