Love this place! I came in last night for my first infrared sauna session ever and I loved it! I wasn't sure how my body was going to handle 30 minutes in a 136-degree temperature room but surprisingly I didn't flinch at all. Afterwards I felt so relaxed! I was able to take a nice refreshing shower in my private room and my skin has never felt softer!
